OPINEL 使用 Sandvik 不銹鋼，至少有 0.40% 的碳含量、優良的硬度、不易生鏽，設計適合用於較精細的切割。
櫸木是 OPINEL 最常用來當刀柄的木材，特色為非常堅硬、耐用、易握 ，且外觀木紋顏色均勻。
