Return and Exchange Procedures
CREALIVE DEPT. ONLINE SHOP provide 7 days of satisfaction for return or exchange products in Taiwan.
Please contact our customer service by these way within 7 days of receiving your order:

4. Your return (or exchange) item details.
5. The reasons why you need a return or exchange.
After receive your return and exchange require,
our customer service will contact you for the follow-up matters.
Return and Exchange Policy
Please inform and send back the return or exchange product within 7 days after you receiving the order.
We cannot exchange/refund any items after the required time.
Under some conditions, the product may not be eligible for return ,exchange or may even need to be responsible for damage costs.
Therefore, please read the return/exchange policy before making the order:
1. The returned product MUST be in its original packaging, including the product itself, accessories, gifts, warranty...etc., CREALIVE DEPT. ONLINE SHOP have the right to refuse the exchange or cancel progress if the original package had been damaged.
2. Because of the different using or keeping method, it may have the different way to be damage, we only exchange/refund items if it broken by the manufacture problem.
3. It's the buyer's responsibility to afford the return and redelivery costs in all cases (except faulty or wrong products) .
4. Please do NOT unwrap or try out any consuming products (ex. notebook, paper tape...etc.), since it may affect your right to return.
5. Please send the WHOLE set of products back if it's a promotional set when processing a return.
6. CREALIVE DEPT. ONLINE SHOP have the right to refuse exchange or cancel the purchase if the member made a mass return/exchange which caused operating disturbances.
7. We would not take any responsibility for any product not selling from us.
