Description

山毛櫸是製作Opinel手柄最常用的木材。來自法國農場，堅硬，耐用，易於工作。
其清晰的顏色從黃色到粉紅色不等，可以通過許多小的黑色筆劃來識別它。
手柄上漆，以更好地防止水分和污垢。

不銹鋼合金，添加鉻來獲得的，顯著提高其抗腐蝕性。
不銹鋼不需要任何特殊維護。
